		<description>Very nice piece. And, you know, the bummer for MSFT is that they are equally clueless about their products as they are about their ads. I have used Windows in the workplace since Win95, and it is totally clear that MSFT has nobody in its bloated staff who has ever sat down to think about why Windows is always doing something OTHER than what you wanted it to do. Even with 15 years of being what some would consider a &quot;guru&quot; the clunkiness and inefficiency of the UI continues to get under my skin.</description>
